We have some great news to share with you today! Our team at villaverde.cr is making amazing progress on the villa building project that we announced a few months ago. We are so excited to bring you this update and show you how our dream is becoming a reality!
As you may remember, we acquired a beautiful piece of land in the Costa Rican countryside, surrounded by lush greenery and stunning views. Our vision is to create a modern and eco-friendly villa that blends in with the natural environment and offers a comfortable and luxurious living space for our clients.
One of the most important steps in this process is to survey the land and determine the best location and orientation for the villa. That’s why we hired a team of professional topographers who came to the site last week and did the level curves for us. Level curves are lines that connect points of equal elevation on a map, and they help us understand the shape and slope of the terrain.
With this information, we can start drawing the first sketches of the villa, taking into account factors such as sunlight, wind, drainage, accessibility, and aesthetics. We want to make sure that the villa maximizes the natural resources and minimizes the environmental impact, while also providing a cozy and elegant home for our future guests.
